At Paper 2U, we stand behind the quality of our paper. Due to the large variety of new printers coming on the market we cannot guarantee paper compatibility with all printers. We strongly suggest that you purchase a sample pack before ordering a ream. If you are in a rush we can overnight the sample pack to you. (additional charges apply) We would like to prevent the frustration that comes from ordering a ream of paper that is not compatible with your printer.
Returns must be approved by calling Customer Service 800.847.2517. All returns must be unopened and in original packaging. If you have opened the paper or ripped the packaging please do not send it to us. No credits are applied until we receive the product back in re-sellable condition. Damaged returns are not acceptable. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. No credit allowed on goods returned without our approval.
To obtain credit, approval for a return must be obtained and the merchandise received in our office within 15 business days of purchase. Returns received after 15 business days are considered abandoned by the customer and no credits will be given.
All carton orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipments returned to Paper2U.com after 3 attempts to deliver to the customer's shipping address will incur an extra shipping charge if shipped out a second time.
Returns of purchases $100.00-$249.00 are subject to a service charge and a re-stocking fee. Re-stocking fees are 10%. Please ask customer service for an estimate on the service charges.

Orders over $250.00 are non-returnable and non-refundable
International Orders and Shipments
All international orders must be authorized by customer service and can be paid for by money order or check. Please call 800.847.2517 for more information regarding your international order. Shipments that do not pass through customs and that are returned to Paper2U.com will receive a refund on the product only (must be in re-sellable condition). No refunds will be given on international shipping charges.
